Body Awareness

Personal training focuses on developing a deeper and more nuanced body awareness. Exercises drawn from a wide spectrum of body work such as yoga, ballet or circus arts will allow you to improve posture and build strength and flexibility in a healthy way.

Content will be tailored to your interests and previous experience. Phil works with dedicated students regardless of their current starting point.

Individual Classes / Personal Training

Classes will take place at your home or venue in Berlin. A yoga mat and an arm’s length of space to either side is required. Alternatively, a venue in Berlin Mitte can be arranged at additional cost.
